Getting started, working together and knowing what happens next. Straight answers about Gateway, Wingman and the launch programmes.

01Getting started

What is Gateway?

Gateway by Soariom helps MRO professionals keep customers informed about maintenance progress, quotations, approvals and shared information. It brings the customer conversation closer to the work.

No. Gateway is designed to work alongside the systems your team already uses. Bring information in manually or through supported documents and spreadsheet workflows.

Support for an exported file is different from a direct integration. We don’t claim automatic connections to every MRO platform.

Yes. Navigator, Aviator and Jetsetter are individual MRO-user subscriptions. Company-wide procurement isn’t a prerequisite. Your subscription, work-order ownership and access permissions determine which tools you can use.

No. Customer access is Free — Always. Customers can access the updates, messages, quotations and approvals they’re authorised to see.

02Work and customer visibility

Can Gateway also manage work orders?

Yes. You can create work orders manually, from supported imports or from accepted quotations, then manage the related tasks and customer conversation. For some organisations, that may cover their work-order needs.

Gateway’s focus remains customer communication and visibility. Continue using your authoritative technical and accounting records alongside it.

No. Internal working information, customer drafts and published updates are separate. Your team prepares and reviews what it shares; customers see the published version they’re authorised to access.

Gateway preserves the customer-visible version you published. The publication email includes a PDF copy of that update, so the attachment matches the version shared with the customer.

03Wingman, your AI agent

What does Wingman help with?

Wingman is Gateway’s AI agent. Upload & Organize helps structure incoming information; Taskmaster helps match progress reports to tasks; Snapshot helps prepare customer-update summaries. Advanced Outlook and Pulse provide forecast and relationship guidance.

Available tools vary by subscription and work-order ownership. Meet Wingman’s tools →

Wingman helps prepare and interpret information. You review proposed changes and summaries before applying or publishing them. Your team decides what customers receive and confirms the dates it shares.

No. Source quality and available information matter. Imports can flag uncertainty for review, and forecasting provides guidance rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Dates confirmed by an authorised MRO user remain authoritative.

04Plans and collaboration

How do Navigator, Aviator and Jetsetter differ?

Navigator provides the customer-communication foundation. Aviator adds Wingman productivity tools, Co-Pilot invitations on owned work orders and reusable service packages. Jetsetter adds advanced Outlook, Pulse and live support.

Compare the full feature chart →

Aviator and Jetsetter users can invite Co-Pilots to work orders they own, with explicit view or edit permissions. Premium tools apply to owned work orders; your personal subscription doesn’t unlock premium processing on somebody else’s work order.

Authorised collaborators can view saved results already on a shared work order. Viewing those results is different from running a paid tool.

Confirmed pricing will be published on the Plans page, with monthly and annual billing options. For now, compare the feature tiers or join Priority Boarding for pricing and launch updates.

05Launch and early access

What’s the difference between Priority Boarding and Test Flight Crew?

Priority Boarding is the public email list for Gateway product previews, pricing and launch updates. Test Flight Crew is a selective early-access programme for people who can test Gateway and share feedback. Applicants must have customers willing to participate and receive updates during testing.

Choose Priority Boarding for updates, or apply to Test Flight Crew to be considered for testing. Applying doesn’t guarantee acceptance.

No. The Test Flight Crew application offers optional Priority Boarding signup in the same form. If you choose updates, confirm that signup by email. You can apply without joining the update list, and your choice doesn’t affect selection.

Joining Priority Boarding alone doesn’t submit a testing application. You can unsubscribe from marketing updates without withdrawing your testing application.
