Collaborate with clear permissions.
Co-Pilot access follows the owner’s permissions. Authorised collaborators can view saved results, but a personal premium subscription does not unlock premium processing on somebody else’s work order.

Do my customers need a paid plan?
No. Customer access is Free — Always. Customers can access the published updates, quotations, approvals and messages they’re authorised to see.
Does the whole company need to sign up?
Subscriptions are for individual MRO professionals. You can start with your own work and customer relationships; company-wide purchasing is not a prerequisite.
Do I have to replace our maintenance software?
No. Gateway works alongside your existing systems. Bring information in manually or through supported imports. Automatic connections to every maintenance platform are not implied.
Which plan includes the Wingman tools?
Wingman is Gateway’s AI agent. Aviator includes Upload & Organize’s PDF and image extraction, Taskmaster and Snapshot. Jetsetter adds Wingman’s Outlook forecasting and Pulse insights. The comparison above shows the differences.
